My approach is grounded in 15 years’ experience designing and implementing strategies for national and provincial organizations, leading large-scale organizational change processes, and facilitating direction-setting meetings, retreats, and consultations for leadership and staff teams, boards, and diverse community partners.

Strategy and process design through dialogue

As a consultant, I work in the areas of strategy design and implementation, organizational change leadership, and facilitation and process design. We might find ourselves spotting patterns on a wall of sticky notes, coming to consensus with your board about the givens underpinning your strategy, or deep in dialogue with your team about their biggest dreams for your organization.

equitable and inclusive methodologies

I use participatory and complexity-informed methodologies because we think better together. I begin with the end in mind by building attention to implementation and evaluation into all stages of our work. I centre equity, inclusion, and belonging by creating experiences that support people to speak openly, listen deeply, and collectively identify what is needed to move you from where you are to where you want to be.

Focus on Consensus, care, and possibility

My approach enables people and organizations to move wisely through complexity, strengthen relationships, and find sustainable, enlivening, and purposeful pathways to action. I empower you to create new possibilities, figure out what needs to shift or end in order to bring those possibilities into being, and hold space for the grief that can accompany these transformations.
